Slopes offers breakfast, lunch, après ski dining, and dinner. Hearty dishes that use quality locally sourced seasonal ingredients provide memorable dining experiences with a high level of service. A casual menu is offered in the lounge with a more extensive menu in the dining room also featuring an extensive wine program. Indoor and outdoor seating is available offering views of the pool and scenic courtyard. The lounge and bar feature custom Carrera Marble, Mohair walls, hand-carved antique wooden antlers, and wrought iron Crystal Baccarat chandeliers.
